Drag one element onto another on the forge screen. If the combination is valid, a new element will appear with a discovery animation. You start with four elements — Fire, Water, Air, and Earth — and build from there. Every recipe follows real-world logic, so think about what might happen when two things meet.

The Master Forger upgrade unlocks recipe hints. Open the grimoire, tap any undiscovered element, and you'll see which ingredients to combine. You can also tap the "?" on the forge screen for a hint. Think logically — most recipes follow natural patterns. For example, Water + Earth = Mud, and Fire + Mud = Brick.

The grimoire is your personal encyclopedia of discoveries. It organizes all 208 elements into 16 categories — Nature, Mythical, Space, Pop Culture, and more. Tap any element to read its story, see how it was created, and discover what it can create next.

Elements span six rarity levels: Primordial, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Rarer elements have more spectacular discovery effects — from gentle sparkles for Common to screen-shaking gold rain for Legendary. The rarity reflects how advanced the element is in the discovery tree and spans 13 tiers of complexity.

If you purchased the Master Forger upgrade and need to restore it (for example, on a new device), go to the settings screen and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Yes. Terraforge syncs your progress via iCloud automatically. Discoveries made on your iPhone will appear on your iPad and vice versa. Just make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled. The sync is additive — it will merge progress from both devices, never overwrite.

Yes. You can reset your progress from the settings screen. This will clear all discovered elements and milestones, returning you to the four starting elements. Your Master Forger purchase will remain active — you won't need to buy it again.

Yes. Terraforge works completely offline. All 208 elements, 266 recipes, and game logic are built into the app. No internet connection is required to play. When you go back online, your progress will sync to iCloud.

No. Terraforge does not collect any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no accounts. Your progress is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
