Grog is an interactive comedy. The story unfolds one page at a time — tap Continue to keep reading, and when it reaches a decision, tap the choice you want to make. Your choices branch the voyage and lead toward one of sixteen endings. There's nothing to master — just read, decide, and live with it.

The first act is free to play in full. A single one-time purchase — "Unlock the Full Story" — opens the rest of the branching story and all sixteen endings. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it's yours forever.

Yes — and it isn't a translation. The Spanish story is written natively, jokes, names, and shanties included, so it's funny on its own terms. Grog follows your device language automatically. To switch, change your iPhone's language in the Settings app, or tap Language inside Grog's settings to jump there.

Sixteen — four where things work out, and twelve where they very much don't. They range from getting paid in full to being politely eaten, each one earned by the choices you made to reach it. Grog remembers which endings you've discovered, so you can see how many remain.

Absolutely — that's the point. After reaching an ending you can play again and make different choices to see where they lead. Your collection of discovered endings carries over between playthroughs.

If you've unlocked the full story and need to restore it — for example, on a new device — open Settings and tap "Restore previous purchase." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Yes. Grog syncs your progress and discovered endings via iCloud automatically. Just make sure your devices are signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled. The most recent progress wins, so pick up right where you left off.

Yes. The entire story is built into the app — no internet connection is required to play. When you're back online, your progress syncs to iCloud.

No. Grog does not collect any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no accounts. Your progress lives on your device and optionally syncs via iCloud. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
