Privacy Policy

Overview

Caliscool is a calisthenics training app designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe you should be able to use our app without any concerns about your personal information.

Data We Don't Collect

To be completely clear, Caliscool does not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number) — unless you choose to write to us yourself, see Contacting Support
• Location data
• Health data (Caliscool does not read from or write to Apple Health)
• Device identifiers for advertising
• Any data that could identify you personally

Anonymous Usage Analytics

To understand which features are useful and improve the app, Caliscool sends anonymous usage signals (for example, which screens are opened, which exercises are viewed, and when a purchase completes) to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service.

• Each signal carries a device identifier that is hashed before it leaves your device (Apple's per-vendor identifier, which is specific to Caliscool and cannot be linked to you or to other apps). This is the "Device ID" listed on our App Store privacy card.
• No names, emails, precise locations, advertising IDs, or cross-app tracking of any kind.
• We only ever see aggregated statistics; neither we nor TelemetryDeck can identify you.
• Data is processed in the European Union under GDPR.

iCloud Sync

Your bookmarks and workout-planner progress can sync between your devices using Apple's iCloud, tied to your own Apple ID. This data is stored in your private iCloud storage — we do not operate any servers and have no access to it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

No Account Required

Caliscool does not require you to create an account or sign in. All content is available immediately after download, and your exercise progress stays on your device and in your private iCloud.

In-App Purchases

When you make a purchase in Caliscool, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any personal details from this transaction.

Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by their own privacy policy, which you can review at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Offline Functionality

All exercise content is stored locally on your device. Caliscool works fully offline and does not require an internet connection to function. When you are online, the only data transmitted is the anonymous usage signals and your own iCloud sync described above.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service integrated in Caliscool is TelemetryDeck, for the anonymous analytics described above. There are no advertising or tracking SDKs of any kind.

Children's Privacy

Caliscool does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our privacy practices, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date above. However, given our commitment to not collecting data, we do not anticipate any significant changes.

Contacting Support

The app's settings menu has a Contact Support option. It opens your own mail app with a message addressed to us, prefilled with the app version, your iOS version, your device model and the app's language — nothing is sent until you press send, and you can edit or delete any of it first.

If you do write to us, we receive your email address along with whatever you include. We use it only to answer you, we never add it to our analytics, and we don't share it with anyone.
